• The date of birth is used for the proper registration of the license plate with the RDW (Dutch Vehicle Authority).
• The BSN is required for identification for rentals and also for the registration of the license plate with the RDW.

Lastly, several products come with long warranty periods of several years, and we are bound by retention obligations from the tax authorities and RDW.

For example, this could include our server host, suppliers of our CRM, leasing, quotation, and invoicing systems, suppliers of our products for digital warranty forms, accountants, web developers, and RDW.
